A clear view of our audience and learning activity.
Only verified figures are shown. Each source keeps its own reporting window and coverage.
Coverage comes first. Each section uses its own reporting cutoff. Website recorded pageviews have tracking-coverage limits; social values remain dated lifetime snapshots. LearnWorlds platform activity and curriculum use keep their own definitions and verification dates. Chapter classification and configuration dates are preserved.
Email performance
Portal-wide HubSpot metrics. Opens and clicks exclude detected bots.
Rates use HubSpot's returned denominator and definitions. Unique counts are portal aggregates, not an independently deduplicated audience. Scheduled recipient volume is not a campaign count.
Website audience
Cloudflare and HubSpot measure overlapping traffic. Compare their pageviews separately; never add them. Open the coverage notes for reporting cutoffs and additional metrics.

History & coverage
Worldwide main-site Cloudflare measurement is enabled from October 28. Earlier EU exclusions cannot be backfilled. Historical coverage and the Review’s separate analytics still need review.
Social post snapshots
Cached lifetime figures for returned posts published in the selected month. Each post has its own snapshot date, which may fall in a later month. Native post visibility has not been reverified. These are not monthly account totals, and reach must not be summed as unique people.

LearnWorlds activity
Signed-in use of the learning platform, with curriculum use shown separately.
LearnWorlds connection settings
Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from LearnWorlds → Settings → Developers → API. The connection is checked before saving; credentials stay private and are stored encrypted.
An account is active when LearnWorlds records a login, course visit or completion. Returning users have activity on two or more days in the month. Anonymous browsing is outside this feed.
Chapter operations
Source Status and source Activity are separate dimensions. Snapshot category labels do not measure monthly events or establish a fresh current census. Medical school is retained as the original category; it is not relabeled Graduate.
LearnWorlds course snapshot
Native Product insights / All courses. This dated cumulative snapshot is separate from monthly usage and people served. Enrollments include access/membership; rounded rates do not establish completion counts.

Sources & freshness
The last successful source data stays visible when a check fails. A recent check does not make a cached metric recent.
How reporting periods differ
LinkedIn and YouTube show results for the selected reporting period, using each platform’s reporting cutoff. Instagram and X post snapshots show lifetime totals for individual posts, as of the collection date shown. These measures have different reporting windows and should be compared separately.

Sources & definitions
Saved source snapshots are shared through this dashboard. The app checks for a newer saved snapshot while open; upstream sources run on the saved update schedule.
